Joel Pastore

Joel has spent more than 20 years leading teams in the development and implementation of successful growth strategies to market and sell sustainably focused chemical solutions to industrial customers. At Cargill, Elevance, Ecolab, and Nalco, he demonstrated leadership in B2B customer-facing sales and service and marketing. A driven business professional, he also has held successful roles in global corporate management consulting, mergers and acquisitions, and procurement/supply chain management. Joel earned an MBA in Finance, Strategy and Entrepreneurship from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University. He also served as a Junior Officer in the US Naval submarine community.
